I am a certified personal trainer through the American Council on Exercise. I teach group fitness classes and conduct local bootcamps in the Lexington area. I decided as a teenager, that I was going to take responsibility of my health and fitness to prevent so many of the health related diseases that run in my family. I began taking aerobics classes at age 17. In taking aerobics classes, I noticed that some instructors didn't seem to be as happy to be there as I was. I have always been truly excited about exercise. Noting my enthusiasm, one of my instructors suggested I become certified to teach as well. I did and so began my career in the fitness industry.

While teaching group fitness classes, I felt a strong passion to help my class participants correct their form to protect against injury and see greater results. I also saw the need to spread my enthusiasm and excitement! I was now in a position to brighten someone's day!!! Fostering that passion to help individuals, I decided to become a personal trainer. I am truly blessed to be in a position I absolutely LOVE. My faith in God is strong, as is my faith in fitness. I believe you can do anything you set your mind to and that we all have a choice to be strong in mind, body and spirit.

Services Offered:

Personal Training
I can come to your home and use what equipment you might already have, as well as equipment I carry with me. I have many clients I meet at their local churches. I also have a studio in Lexington, SC.
Cost: $40.00 per hour. Minimum 10 session package. Most popular is 1/2 hr. session package for $200. Partners share rate. Up to 4 people.

Bootcamp
This is the perfect mix of cardiovascular and strength training for groups of 5 or more. Price varies on size of group and location. If you are interested in trying an existing boot camp class, I hold one every Tuesday and Thursday evening from 6-7pm at 105 Farmhouse Court, Lexington, SC 29072.
Cost: Sample a session free of charge. (Please call in advance so I know to expect you).

Yoga
Beginner to Intermediate Hatha Yoga.
Cost: $40.00 per hour / $20.00 per half hour. Minimum 10 session package.

Stationary Bicycle Programming
Cost: $40.00 per hour / $20.00 per half hour. Minimum 10 session package.

Phone Coaching
This is perfect for someone who knows what to do, just needs an "appointment" to do it. I will call you at your appointment time and will stay on the phone with you as long as your session lasts or just to get you started. I will then call you to make sure you completed your session, 30 minutes, 45 minutes or 1 hour.
Cost: $10.00 per month to get you started at your appointment time. $20 for each hour / $10.00 for each half hour if I stay on the phone with you. Price includes a "ready made" workout designed for you based on what equipment you already have.
